can not automatically go back to record/picture mode from the viewing menu, must exit out of the sub menus completely

all in all its a great hand held pocket size mini-hd camera. well worth the price and comes with lots of extras such as mini usb to HDMI cables, A/V cables, software etc.

No remote or deep water case but it does do good video with a clarity that goes beyond the gopros that I have used. Gopro accessories do fit in a way but they have too short of a screw so you have to use one of the included ones. The case may be poly carbonate but it is not the hardest I have seen. Scratches easily.

For the camera it's self, I give it a 5.
1) The wifi range is great
2) Great pictures and video
3) Fast shot works great at distance but don't expect much close range
4) It is light and has plenty of functions
5) Great low light pictures
6) Very tough

The rest gets a 4.
1) Case scratches easy
2) Not exactly compatible with gopro mounts
3) Using wireless gives you a lagging delay. Works for positioning but don't try to look through it and do anything.
